Studio Cafe (Soft Opening)

What I love about being a blogger is discovering new places, meeting new people and hearing their stories. And one of the places that I’ve been to in Metro Bacolod that really moved me is Studio Cafe. To be honest, I’m not really into coffee. I am not a coffee lover and in fact I don’t drink coffee. But this cafe changed my view and made me appreciate coffee. I now understand why my mom and my sister loves drinking coffee!

Studio Cafe specializes in making good quality coffee. They want to serve their guests the best coffee that will leave them going back for more. 

The place is perfect and conducive for meetings and a place where you can enjoy the day out with your family and friends.

With its cozy interior, surely a coffee lover like you will definitely fall in love with the cafe! They serve all day breakfast and at night the cafe converts into a chill out place where people orders drink.

What makes their coffee special is because they roast it from light to medium. And you would know that it smells nice once you sense the aroma of a bread. And one thing I learned as well is that you would know the profile of a coffee bean and the country where it’s from through tasting the coffee bean itself unlike the blended ones.

Cold Brew

Another one of my fave from their menu is their Affogato. It is a coffee based dessert that takes in the form of a scooped vanilla ice cream and drowned in hot espresso.

What Sets Them Apart?

The cafe’s floor is very open. You get to see the baristas work and how they brew coffee in front of the guest. They manually brew the coffee and before serving they taste it to know the profile. So you can really tell that their goal is to passionately serve good coffee and they serve single origin coffee.

Not only do they serve the best coffee, their baristas and staff are very accommodating and friendly as well!

Another thing that sets this cafe apart from others is that the cafe itself is part of the hotel and it is their breakfast area. We were able to see and feel the grandeur of the hotel and the nice ambiance that it exhibits.

Frappuccino

What I love about the hotel’s new extension is its rustic feels. The feeling of living from the old times like you’re in the movie of the Great Gatsby. 

The interior details of it down from the tiles all the way up to the furniture was really edgy. Not to mention very instagrammable! It is also overlooking the calm waters of the pool. Very pristine if you ask me!

This is the hotel that gives good quality and impeccable service with a standard room rate that starts at P 1,995.00 and is located at the center of the tourism strip of Bacolod City.

This minimalistic display of the room is truly instagrammable.

The bed is really soft and comfortable and is in the shade of my favorite color!
