Celebrated my 21st Birthday with Quaker Oats Philippines
Celebrating my 21st birthday and starting my day with a healthy breakfast with Quaker!
I'm sharing with you my very own overnight oatmeal and pancake oats recipe! I love sweets to keep me hype up on my everyday activities and pairing it with fresh fruits to get the nutrients I need for the day.
Choco Strawberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of old fashion oats
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sweet syrup
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Fresh strawberries
Chocolate bar
Peanuts
Procedure:
- Pour 1/2 cup of old fashion oats in a mug or cup
- Pour 1/2 cup of milk
- Add 1/2 of sweet syrup
- Add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- Add 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt
- Add a pinch of cinnamon powder
- Add freshly chopped strawberries
- Add bits of peanuts, fresh whole strawberry and chocolate for toppings.
- Keep refrigerated overnight, mix and ready to eat!
Pancake Oats
Ingredients:
3/4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of oats
1 egg
1 tablespoon of oil (alternative for butter)
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients
- Pre-heat pan
- Pour liquid butter into pan, flip and wait until it cooks.
- Drizzle with sweet syrup and add fresh fruits.
